By accessing or using our service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
Our Service provides project management for house, flat, apartment et al moves.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.
We retain uploaded documents for at least one (1) year from the date of upload. After this period, we may delete your documents unless you have amended your account settings to request extended retention. To request document retention beyond one year, you must update your settings in your user account accordingly - additional or volume-based charges may apply for extended retention periods. You may delete your documents, data and account at any time.
We may use localisation features to help produce better results based on your geographic location.
You represent and warrant that you have a legitimate interest in any documents you upload connected with the move.
You agree to provide accurate information when using our Service and to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Our Service is to help you plan and move house, flat, apartment et al. Any other use is at your own risk.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
The Service, including all software and related technology, remains our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any documents you upload, subject to our right to process them to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract (including under any indemnity), tort (including negligence) or otherwise will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for access to or use of the Services in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, and (b) £50. For users who have not paid any fees (free users), our liability is capped at £1.50.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, business opportunities, revenue, anticipated savings, or goodwill, whether suffered by individuals or businesses.
We may suspend or terminate your account: (a) immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or security threats; or (b) with reasonable notice for operational reasons such as discontinuation of the Service.
Accounts that remain inactive for one (1) year or more may be deleted at our discretion. Inactivity is measured from your last login to the Service. Before deletion, users will receive an email notification with thirty (30) days notice stating that they need to login or their account will be deleted. All documents uploaded to the account associated with deleted inactive accounts will be lost and cannot be recovered.
Upon termination or cancellation of your account (whether by you or us), your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention policies will continue to apply as outlined in Section 4.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
Our Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
These Terms shall be governed by Scots law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.
Payment for the Service is due in accordance with the billing cycle selected at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with thirty (30) days' written notice. Pricing changes will only apply to the next month's subscription billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or trade sanctions, and that you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy is separate from our data usage policies for uploaded documents as described in Section 4.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Ordering & Dispatch
Planner are a physical product, which shall be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, after payment is received. If you require tracking or a faster delivery, please contact us. We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery of planner. The planner must be returned in as new condition. It is the buyers responsibility to cover the return postage cost.
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
