If you would like to delete your The Home Move Planner account and the personal data associated with your account, please complete the form below.
We will your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity where necessary and process your deletion request.
Your account and associated personal data will be deleted unless we are legally required to retain certain information. Where information must be retained for legal, regulatory or other legitimate purposes, we will retain only what is necessary and will securely delete it when the retention period ends.
Please note that deleting your account may mean that you lose access to your saved moving information and other content associated with your account.
You can also delete your account/data via the app.
