• Auction House Valuations: For items of potential value, we arrange professional valuations and coordinate sales through reputable auction houses.
• Home Preparation for Sale: We take care of cleaning, necessary repairs, gardening, and obtaining estate agent quotes/valuations and recommendations, making the home presentable and ready for the market.
